Pilates Springboard is an apparatus-based small group class that includes spring resistance to further develop your Pilates practice. The Pilates Springboard, designed by Ellie Herman, makes it possible to teach both traditional and contemporary Tower exercises in a small group setting. This is a full body workout that will include abdominal and back muscles in virtually every exercise. Modifications will be given for those with injuries or as needed.
