We will work on warming and stretching all major muscle groups of the body, emphasizing on hips and shoulders, and strengthening grounding postures. Yogis who include this class in their regular practice report better sleep quality, fewer injuries, and reduced pain and inflammation. For those new to Yoga, this class provides an excellent foundation for your practice!
