Pilates Mat is a full body workout with an emphasis on Pilates principles using nothing but a mat and, occasionally, a few small props. The focus will include connecting breath to movement while developing strength and refining technique. The abdominal and back muscles are included in virtually every exercise; however, modifications will be given for those with injuries or as needed.
