Founder and President
Candace, a Memphis native, returned home in 2013 to begin her acupuncture and holistic medical practice after graduating with high honors from the four-year classical Chinese medicine program in Portland, Oregon, at the National College of Natural Medicine. There she obtained a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine, and is currently nationally board certified in acupuncture and licensed by the state of Tennessee. While she is trained to treat a wide variety of conditions, she specializes in women’s health, fertility, prenatal and postpartum care, digestive and endocrine disorders, fatigue, and emotional health. Candace is thrilled to plant her dream clinic, Sundara Wellness, in her home town and share a vision to grow an environment of vibrant health and wellness with all.

Co-founder and Director of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy
Amy graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center earning a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. She later completed a residency program in Seattle, WA through the Ola Grimsby Institute specializing in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. During her time in Seattle, Amy was the director of Pelvic Health Rehabilitation at an outpatient clinic. She is now in the process of obtaining her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through the Herman Wallace Institute. She specializes in manual therapy, women's health, pelvic floor rehabilitation, fertility, and prenatal and postpartum care. After moving back to the Memphis area, she started a women’s health program at an outpatient clinic in Southaven, MS before helping to found the PT department at Sundara. She has taught several pelvic health and awareness classes and seminars in the Memphis area and is passionate about empowering women through education as well as treatment.

Acupuncturist
Jessica has returned to Memphis after living and working abroad to join Sundara with 10 years of clinical experience. She earned a Master’s of Science degree in Oriental Medicine (MSOM) from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine-Chicago in 2008, is nationally board-certified and licensed in the state of Tennessee. She has received postgraduate specialty training in pain management and cosmetic acupuncture.
